I use a tool that I purchased thru the Eastwood Catalog. Does not look like Chrysler tool but does the job. Check out part number 52021 B at www.eastwoodcompany.com
Incidentally, where can I get those flat plastic washers referred to as "upholstery protecting washer"?

Interior window and door handle removal:

Yes, there is a clip down in there which is hard to get at with screwdrivers
and blades. With the tool it is quick and easy. Without the tool, it is
possible to do, but so is obtaining saint hood.
But where to get the tool? Maybe someone else can answer that one.
