Dual four adjustment bolts

My local electroplater has "misplaced" my carb linkage adjustment bolts from my 300C.

I am not hopeful of him finding them as I'm sure this guy has trouble finding his own way home, let alone anything else.

Any leads where I could get replacements would be really appreciated.
