I had to buy mine from a medical supply company. I had to buy a dozen at 
a time , so I bought 12 and through away 11.
Now I use a either a Colman Fuel Filter with the filter removed,  and a 
rubber hose attached or a clear plastic fuel filter cut open and put a 
rubber hose on the end. Both work good.  Oh! my squeeze bottle ended up 
in my wifes Green House.
