My experience with stop-leak products is that they work OK if your radiator
is in decent shape. However, if you have an older radiator with arterial
sclerosis, you stand a good chance of being a victim of unintended
consequences. The stop-leak product can have a difficult time
differentiating between a leak and a narrowed coolant passage.
