{Chrysler 300} Raw fuel?

Hello friends,

I have a question that is probably basic for most, but I have black liquid spraying out of my drivers side tail pipe at start up or if I rev the motor. I’m assuming that it’s raw fuel? If so, is there a remedy for this. I literally just had both carbs professionally rebuilt.
